Brenndan Mohler Principal
Brenndan has been a top producer in the area of voluntary employee benefits for several years. He has been recognized both regionally and nationally for his excellence in sales results and client service. His expertise lies in consulting group clients on cost saving benefit solutions. His clients range in all sizes and structures from small local companies with five employees, up to his largest client, which extends nationwide with 800 employees. Brenndan is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he majored in American Politics and played varsity lacrosse.
Gene Bateman Principal
Gene has been recognized by his peers, clients, and employers as a top performing benefit and HR consultant in the Baltimore market. As a sales consultant and as a manager with two major employee benefit and consulting firms, he specializes in helping small to mid-sized companies create, maintain, and enhance employer sponsored group benefit plans. Through understanding each client’s unique employee needs, Gene has been able to leverage his expertise in the ever-changing and heavily regulated group benefit marketplace in order to help his client's recruit, hire, and keep the most desirable employees. His clients view him as the key resource for the creation, implementation, and ongoing servicing of a cost effective and competitive total compensation package. Gene graduated from the University of Delaware’s School of Business and played varsity lacrosse.
Andrea Sligh Operations Manager
Andrea has a knowledgeable background in the employee benefits field. Her experience includes implementation, account administration and reconciliation with self funded plans, consumer driven health care plans, and fully insured plans. She has provided excellent customer service to small and large group clients (6000 enrollees) providing an expedient response and resolution of customer issues. Andrea graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, majoring in Health Science and Policy. During her spare time she is a master gardener and enjoys reading.
Todd Sullivan Self Funding Expert
Todd has 23 years experience in Risk Management and specializes in partially self funded plans. He
is an integral part of the management team. He is considered an expert in the design, implementation, and management of partially self funded plans. He is a great resource for our self funded clients and assists in the negotiation of contracts for EONE.
