The amount of the cash payment is usually determined by the extent of the injuries and for charges incurred while in the hospital. The money is used to help supplement out of pocket medical expenses and for lost income due to time missed from work. This product can cover anyone in the family and will pay in addition to Short-Term Disability if the employee is injured. |
